Here is the summary of the fanfiction of "Great Shadow" that I made until now...you can see all this, but there are a lot of spoilers!

Duke Fleed and
Hikaru, after many events described on the original series, were married and they had a son,
Rex King. They lived on Fleed as king and queen, and they lived happily ever after…ah, well, no, here we are at the beginning of the history, not at the end!
Shirenu/Silen: In fact, the problems are about to begin now!
A mysterious “hand of shadow” appears in the space and swallows the planets: Fleed is on its way!
Fleed: But I happened everything!
Shirenu/Silen: Also, Grendizer must fight against
Kandura, a monster of the abyss that someone had launched on Fleed…
But it was all a hoax: while Grendizer was engaged,
Jezabel, a woman in armor, appeared suddenly, making a massacre in the royal palace and pulling out Rex, Hikaru’s son, from his mother. In the clash, Jezabel was wound to the face and Hikaru disappeared, teleported away by chance, during the struggle. Duke is desperate and he thinks that Rex and Hikaru are dead ...
But a mysterious person, the
Ancient One, contacted him and told him that they are alive. In addition, he reveals to Duke Fled who is behind these attacks ...

The enemy is nothing less than an ancestor of Duke Fleed,
Davan Shakari, once king of Fleed, who, in his madness, made Fleed as a reign of terror like Vega or more. He built the first Grendizer, a black and powerful robot: the prototype of giant robots. With this weapon, he made endless massacres. But
Clorinda, his wife, who was opposed to his thirst for conquest, felt into a coma, almost dead, as a result of the attempt of Davan buying power through black magic. He changed his appearance and became the
Dark One.
But the brother of Davan,
Kail, rebelled against him and defeated him at the end. The Dark One was forced to retire in another dimension, the Shadow Zone in
Darkhold, his planet/castle, meditating revenge ...
After centuries of suspended animation,
Sukeli, the wizard of the Dark One, ensures him that he will have the absolute power if he will kill the little Rex on the altar, when seven stars will be aligned, that is in two weeks. Also, the "Shadow Hand", however, is Dark One’s revenge on the planet Fleed.

Bedlam, the place where Rex will be sacrificed, with the aim to capture it and release Rex, her son.
In addition to the Amazon, along with Hikaru there is also
Kosaka Shigure, an exceptional woman swordmaster. She must defeat
Sanosuke Sagara, also said
Raftel. He is a master swordsman became evil: in fact, he served Sukeli, the wizard of the Dark One. Together with the
Black Wolves and the
Black Claws, Sagara is the powerful defense of Bedlam.
Besides, other than the story of the swordmaster Shigure, there is the story of the 12 legendary swords
"Owazamono". Shigure was its caretaker and Sagara had stolen them. So, in addition to defeating Sagara, she must retrieve the twelve swords. Meanwhile, one of them is her sword. Let's see where are the other eleven swords:
1) Sword of Shigure (obviously). No word yet on the name.
2)
Brisingamen. It’s in the hands of Hikaru. No word yet on the meaning of the name.

Valeria Jacquemonde, one of the Amazons.

Sonja Tomoe, one of the Amazons.

Kametari (Consuming Flame). It’s in the hands of
Garuda, one of the Six Generals.
Silen/Shirenu: Hey, where are the other five swords?
Joe: I'm running to distribute all of those. A little patience, by golly!
Silen/Shirenu: Now, there are two other subplots, less articulated. Here's the first:
Duke Fleed, with the robot Grendizer, went ahead to free the way to Darkhold for his fellows, and he faced the
Three Guardians, which hindered the passage:
First Guardian: Davos, the robot with the spear
Jinne: it was led by
Zananza, the brother of Duke Fleed.
Second Guardian:
Shiva the Destroyer, the son of the Dark One. In this clash, Shiva is killed: before dying, he reveals a secret to Zananza.
Grendizer now has headed for the
Third Guardian, much stronger than the other two.
Silen/Shirenu: The second subplot is linked to the subplot of Grendizer, described before.
Zananza, the brother of Duke Fleed, after realizing the error into which he fell, decided to help his brother in the fight against the Dark One, heading with his robot Davos towards a mission that Shiva, the Second Guardian had suggested him, before dying. For now, no one knows what the mission is. Among other things, Duke Fleed believes Zananza dead.
Silen/Shirenu: OK, guys, now we finished the "summary": you will see that Joe will finish all the story!
Joe: Yeah, come back after a couple of years, while I rest a little!

) e, prima di morire, consegna i suoi guantoni a Yoko Shiraki, la sua amica/nemica. Tra di loro c'è sempre stato un rapporto di amore-odio dovuto anche alla morte di Rikishi (nel disegno, l'uomo sorridente dietro Yoko), che fu ucciso sul ring proprio da Joe Yabuki: Yoko era attratta da Rikishi e provava rancore e nello stesso tempo attrazione, per Joe Yabuki (tra l'altro, la morte di Rikishi sarà un trauma enorme per Joe, dal quale praticamente non ne uscirà mai). L'uomo con la benda in alto è Danpei Tange, l'allenatore di Joe, e la bimba è Sachi, una della banda di monelli che girava attorno a Joe.
