I don't really like his artwork. In the Cutie Honey (70's) manga the characters were drawn too inconsistantly. Honey's hairstlye and outfit would change in every panel! And the cover makes Honey look way too manly!
The artwork is Cutey Honey F is excellent. I guess it's safe to assume Mr. Ishikawa DIDN'T draw it.
If you notice in the first CHF picture, Sister Jill's pose seems to be a parody of Devilman during his fight with Sirene! XD
